Managed hosting on machines we run ourselves.
For companies of any size that want their sites and applications hosted, watched and looked after by one team. EU by default, closer to your users when they are elsewhere.
Usually moved in a couple of days
From the first look at your setup to the switch-over, planned with you to avoid downtime wherever possible. Quoted per setup.

The cloud we sell is the cloud we run. By default your workloads sit on our own servers in the EU, contracted through our German company, so your data stays under EU jurisdiction and GDPR without a third country transfer to paper over.
From a single server to auto-scaling clusters, with Kubernetes and multiple regions when you need them. Outages are handled at any hour on every plan; support hours for questions and requests follow your SLA plan.

- EU company, EU data centres
- Contracted through our Berlin GmbH with a signed DPA.

Examples from our customers
A cross-section of the many companies running on our hosting, from online stores with sharp sales peaks to research projects that scale to thousands of hosts.
100,000
-
E-commerce brands with big sales peaks
Built and hosted by us
For example a PC hardware brand selling through a product configurator, and a brand whose customers design their own dog accessories, made to order. We build and run everything behind them: the stores, the custom software, automation, the link to the factory and the CRM, scaled for their biggest sales days.
-
Research computing in healthcare and biotech
Cloud scaling run by us
Companies in healthcare and biotech run research projects that scale to several thousand hosts, CPUs and GPUs at a time. We run that scaling hands on, so it stays efficient, predictable and cost-effective.
-
A SaaS platform for teams
Built and hosted by us
A cloud platform organisations use to roll out new ways of working across their teams. We built and run the SaaS infrastructure it runs on.
-
Esports and gaming
Hosted and scaled by us
Gaming sites, leagues and tournaments. Traffic swings hard between ordinary days and match days, so we scale up for the peaks and back down after. Some we have hosted for many years, and we help with software development when they need it.
-
Film agencies and creative studios
Managed web, email and video
Talent agencies and studios with websites, email and video streaming on managed hosting, looked after the same way as everything else we run.

Where it runs
Our own servers in two EU cities. Partner clouds for everywhere else.
- Frankfurt
- Germany. Our own servers, with backups kept in Amsterdam.
- Amsterdam
- Netherlands. Our own servers, with backups kept in Frankfurt.
- Everywhere else
- Cloud locations through our partners, including AWS and Google Cloud, almost anywhere in the world. Close to your users, looked after by the same team.
Three SLA plans
Every setup runs under one of them, and Basic applies unless you book another. Your proposal names the one that fits.
Every plan
Monitoring around the clock, with on-call engineers who handle outages at any hour. Daily backups with weekly restore tests, and service credits if we miss the uptime target. Support hours cover questions and requests.

How a move works
Usually a couple of days from the first look to the switch-over, depending on what you run.
-
1
A first call
30 to 45 minutes about what you run today, where your users are and what worries you. Free, no obligation.
-
2
A proposal the next business day
Scope, monthly pricing and the SLA plan that fits, in writing.
-
3
Onboarding your setup
Once you agree, we go through how your application is built, in detail, and prepare its new home.
-
4
The switch-over
Planned together with you to avoid downtime wherever possible.
-
5
Running it
Monitoring, patching, backups and a direct line to the engineers who set it up.
Hosting questions
What people ask before they move their hosting to us.
- How is managed hosting priced?
- Per setup. After a first call we send a proposal with scope and monthly pricing the business day after. No two setups are the same, so there is no price list.
- Where is my data hosted?
- By default on our own servers in Frankfurt and Amsterdam, contracted through our Berlin GmbH, so your data stays under EU jurisdiction with a signed DPA. Our DPA and sub-processor list are available on request. If your users sit elsewhere, we host closer to them in our partners' cloud regions, including AWS and Google Cloud. Either way you know which machines your data is on.
- What response times can we get?
- Outages are handled by on-call engineers at any hour, on every plan. For questions and requests, your plan sets the support hours and the response times by priority; your proposal and SLA state them in writing.
- What does hosting cover, and what uses retainer hours?
- Hosting covers running your setup: monitoring, handling outages, patching, backups, restores and the move itself. Changes to your application, new features and extra server work use retainer hours or get their own quote.
- How long are backups kept?
- As long as your setup needs, usually at least 14 days of daily backups, stored in the other city: Frankfurt backs up to Amsterdam and Amsterdam to Frankfurt. We test restores every week.
- Can we leave and take everything with us?
- Yes. Your data, configurations and documentation are yours. If you move on, we hand all of it over.
